E because Influenza has a segmented genome that can rearrange to form this antigenic shift. 3 other viruses also have this feature; Bunyavirus, Arenavirus, Rotavirus (along with Orthomyxovirus).

E: influenza and HIV both undergo genetic drift, but the question is about genetic shift. The idea is that both animal and human virus if in the same cell can exchange the RNA's segments, So it's rotavirus, because only rotavirus has segments. I found it here: http://virology-online.com/questions/92-4.htm
