Papiloma intraductal is main cause of breast discharge discharge. This is a risk for malignancy especially because the discharge is bloody and this strange forms of microcalcification suggest mailgnancy. Fine needle aspirations gives an inapropriate material in 25% of the cases. With palpable mass, it is suggested surgical biopsy.
