Hi Everyone, I just matched at Henry Ford for Internal Medicine, I you can understand that I am very new in this residency scene. Henry Ford has asked me to specify if I require a "Research Month". I have no idea what that means and if i should say yes or no. I intend to do fellowship in Infectious Disease after finishing Internal Medicine. Keeping that in mind, should I opt for research month. Please advice. Thanks a lot !!!!!!!

Thanks a lot for your reply ! I think I WILL opt for the fellowship month. Well....when you get time, plz tell me what you were going to explain...... You said it SPECIALLY important in MY FIELD !?!?!? I will appreciate more input on the subject! Thanks a ZILLION!!!
