I am an IMG form Panama (Latin America). Graduated in 2004. Passed Step 1 with 92/228, aiming for 95+ for Step 2 in June and planning Step 2 CS for July. No USCE, no US LORs and need visa. Languages: spanish, english and chinese. How much possible is it for an IMG like me to get a resideny in anesthesiology in Florida? or at least a priliminary year in IM?

Hola silenced MD, I think it is very possible to get it especially if you are able to get your dream score in step 2 CK and a LoR from doctors in the USA...... I am in Panama also and if you want you can get in touch with me....
