well did not study last night what is oging on with me came late tothe library my husband was home thought it was better to stay b/c i am not home when he comes home sometimes we need we time marriage also takes work believe me well i hope god is seeing all this well palan on if god is willing to finish bacterio and take an exam date may 31 god this is scary well see u guys keep on studying and donot forget to pray nothing is hard for the almighty

yes i know that feeling. you are torn between continuing studying and giving your husband ENOUGH attention. i keep telling myself that i must see my husband as my first child so i do not take him for granted. so i go to the movies, watch movies at home, watch steve harvey show with him and cook all his meals. it is tough. he works at night which is nice for me cos i am alone and i can study hard but trouble is he likes me to be awake when he comes home. i have stopped doing that since i started studying really hard and he understands but i always ask him to wake me up when he arrives but he doesn't.
God will reward us with good success and happy marriages too.

it makes me feel better that my husband is not theonly one well did review the back chapter of anatomy then micro upto whopping cough hope remember these pictures well gotta go home now

well only did half of thorax last night was upto septal defects my daughter got upn from bed looking for me i couldnt do septal defects with her because it takes concentration so left it my father was having chest pain the last three days his doctor wanted him to go to emergency to get test done he spent the night when i left him this morning he was getting an angiogram done i cried this morning he was upset with me that i havent given my exams i cannt seem to concentrate so have not done anything so far micro book is open but just put my head down for some rest have a headace thought writing about it would relieve some tension well lets see please give me strength to finish bacterio

i just called home my dad is back and the angiogram has come clear thank u allah so i have finished bacterio i memorizing it now unitl i go home and hope to finish thorax tonight and some more

thanks u guys for the support my dad is home now and i guess the catherization process is difficult so it pains him but other than that he is ok he needs to go innfor some more tests to find out why he is having chest pain well i do not know how to finish this revision it seems never ending when i was memorizing micro it wasnt finishing b/c i did q bank 2003 before and the questions are somewhat detailed oh well i have decided that in order to finish my revison it must be done without the lecture they just take too much time only will go through neuro biochem and goljan b/c i want to do like malinda did she gave a revision every 15 days with am nmbe thats the way to go but i really got to finish this revision todays schendule finish micro

thank God your dad is back home. half of the problem is usually solved when a diagonosis is made.
good job female doc. you are making good progress. keep it up. the business of memorization is a risky one!!!! all the stuff is so volatile. it always looks fresh everytime you open the books then you find your highlighting and that reminds you that surely you read it!!!

hi you are doing great i saw your posts hopefully your dad is feeling better life is just the combination of everything. God will give you stamina to deal with everything, pray for your dad & work hard so you can give him good news then he will feel much more better inshallah.memorizing is a tough thing to do i liked malinda's way too but for me i can't read that fast if i try i can't remember anything, everybody has his own style. good uck to you.

Hi female doc ny, hope your dad feeling good now..wish him the speedy recovery, I know its really hard when we ahve to go thru..this emotional turmoils, but do one at a time..think of dad, pray for him do all you can, then leave it to God..rest switch over ..concentrate what you have to do right now..and move on!
I know its easy said..but keep trying..it will happen, everything will change..it has to because its Natures rule, keep moving female doc ny..all the best..

well i am here a hectic day i took my daughetr to the doctor regarding her stomache pains doc did a urine test she is 2 years old u knoe what he done yup a cather well an experience that i can forgo and gave me some worm medciation said those were the only two possibilites so lets see dropped her off at moms and am her did fungus yesterday and parisiro at night i did fungus from kaplan better ther and parisito from kaplan added it to FA and in thr nd did it from FA so 2 topics that i will do from FA only viro and parisito lets see with the rest immuno i will stick to kaplan only i like it before and it is high yeild today immuno be gone and micro questions at least 50 also i want to thank all u guys for droping by it really gives me motivation to keep studying and its the reason i started my journal again
good lucks guys like i said the path will ultimately end where we want it to

hope ur daughter is goin ok now , its tough , dont have words to explain but i feel ur pain and its tough ........ it will pass, just dont worry , its nice that u have family around to take care of ur daughter .
ur doin great and u have a good speed , dont let these daily life things disrupt ur studies , yah daily life thing , thats wat my mother told me , she says when u have kids they will get sick too , so dont worry and u have this great support system here , so keep goin

just did 50 micro questions score 56 not good but have to go on am picking up immuno now maybe another 50 questions tonight b/c q bank has about 250 plus questions on this topic lets see hope to really finish immuno today

well never did start that immuno or questions a friend showed me a video of 30 days muslim in america i watched that i know i shouldnt have but i did on well last night did not feel like picking up immunoso did some behavioral science questions form BRS i hate those questions the answers are weird oh well and reviewed the flow chart of gram post and neg cocci so at least i did something right but i still ahve alot more to go todays goal 50 questions of micro and as much of immuno as i possibly can we'll see
thanks tolito if u were in nyc it would be great i wish that u all were here aisha and hodgkins but its great that even though that u are far away u are helping each other

well just did 50 question of micro got a 62 yeah well not so yeah b/c it was in tutor mode but still it gives me motivation wasted alot of time today afriend of mine also studying for usmle is going back to pakistan well i had to say our goodbyes now wil make asr pray and sit to immuno i have to finish it b/c i still have that awful topic of neuro left that i never even did once i saw something interesting on ebay a cd that shows u the highest yeild pictures for the usmle are they goljans list of picture or what i'm thinking of getting it b/c to go through web path is difficult to pick the ones that u feel are important that is a very long process dont have the stamina for that lets see maybe i will get that cd i buy lots of stuff but never use it it just makes me feel good to know i have it actually it makes me feel smarter isnt that a joke

ok guys sorry for not writing yesterday well still on immuno i know how could it its always like this i mean u start and the n u linger on a topic its not the way we have to get it over with quick a girl i know who has prematched yeah i know i wish it was me also well she said that to give a review of the materials in 2 weeks and the give the exam she got 89 and 90 thats a great IDEA but realistically i cannt do that now maybe after i finish this revision whenever that will be gotta keep moving want to give cs the dates are filling so fast in philidelphia the next available date nov i dont know what to do thinking of sighning up for cs get a date b/c the fees is good for 1 year and u can cancel upto 14 days before your exam myabe ohhhh pleassssssse go let me give my exam in end of may then cs in july they have a date available in atlanta i hope ther willbe no racial issues b/c phili i know they have lots of muslims i wear the hijab and coat so dont know anyone live in atlanta well we'll see still have to give step 1 but these things u really have to think about if u want to make this matching well gotta go and FINISH IMMUNO than neuro here i come

immuno is never ending interesting but never ending finished upto compliment chapter upto hypersensitivity but library closing b/c og good friday really hope to finsish immuno tonight what to do libary is closed the next two weekends i closes arly to spring break just my luck i gotta concentrate and get this revision done maybe wont pick up neuro after this but general patho b/b it hard to concentrate at home neuro needs concentration we'll see will keep u posted
