Yea I GUESSED that but I do not know why it iss the answer. I believe Varicella as well as herpes stay dormant in GANGLIA. So why would the varicella infection cause more virus in your blood then herpes?!

Maybe it has to go through the bloodstream to enter into the nervous tissue? I put D just because it seemed "right", too.

It is the only systemic infection listed. The other infections are fairly localized.
