what is the best test for diagnosis of Meckel's Diverticulum?

AS i know The tests for diagnostic in this Dz, is nuclear medicine gastric scan to detect gastric mucosa which is present in almost 50% of pt-s or tagged RBC scan to detect bleeding areas.Since the one of the main symptom is GI bleeding, i think the best test should be taggedRBC scan.Correct me if i'm wrong please.
