You will ALWAYS feel like if you read more you will understand more...but it is tooo easy to read something and forget it a short time later. I personally think questions are the best way to retain information because you are focusing on a particular concept in an active way of learning. Believe you me...another round of reading will not bump your score from 52% to 75%. But if you insist on reading again...be sure to at least allocate a couple hours to do a block of 50 questions each day. Thats how long it takes me to do 50q because I try to be very thorough.

I have a little different opinion here. 2nd reading will definately bump or atleast effect your scores.Reading and understanding the material is a KEY for this exam .So please read and understand more but do some questions daily too [ to keep u focus and for not getting bored] . You will see the difference after u do the secomd reading[ atleast i do and see a clear difference in my Qs scores!]. GL.

I immediately took the second block and got %60. Although I've not done half of organs yet and no pharmaco also. Thanks OBO I agree with you.
