what is preferred in case of major depression in pregnant women??
1) pharmacotherapy( and if yes then which drug is preferred)
2) ECT......

ECT. Pharmacotherapy is ok too, according to some sources. Prozac, if I'm not mistaken, is ok to continue (if pt started taking it before pregnancy). Ther's no evidence of teratogenic effect of Prozac. But I think the safest answer is ECT
