hey guys opisthotonus is arching backwards of the body.this patient is arching forwards.plus pleurothotonus is arching laterally of the body.need help on this one.raised eyebrow

I think it's opisthotonus. the pose they're talking about is exactly like the one in tetanus: contracted muscles of back, neck and back of the legs. The ventral muscles also contract but since dorsals have more tonus the patient arches forward.
