yasmeen, you got wrong book - 'Most Common in Pathology' definitely isn't best book by Goljan for the USMLE step 1. Recommended books by Goljan are 'Rapid Review: Pathology', 2004 (in print) or 'STARS Pathology Review', 1998 (out of print). There are also some notes by Goljan, which never were publicly available, so I can't comment on them. 'Fisrt Aid' always rates 'BRS Pathology', 2005, higher than 'Rapid Review: Pathology' or 'STARS Pathology Review'. hghooka, 'Robbins and Cotran Review of Pathology', 2004, isn't as large as you think, it's only 432 pages ('BRS Pathology' is 512 pages and 'Rapid Review: Pathology' is 480 pages), it only implies that you already have good background in pathology, because it contains highest quality, but difficult case-based MCQs. See http://www.prep4usmle.com/forum/thread/31678

I really can't say how long will it take for you to finish them, because I don't know how many pages of 'rapid review: pathology' will you read and how many lectures will you listen per day; I think that Goljan audio is very time-consuming.
