well T-cels only recognize peptide antigens in association with MHC (mhc restriction)...they cannot recognize free peptides
B-cells can recognize peptides ,lipopolysacharides ,nucliec acids etc (t-cell independent antigens)
...it has something to do with the structure of the antigenic determinants
is it so?
