What a dumb ? I assumed D was too broad because although S. Pneumonia is encapsulated and needs spleen for removal NONE of the other members of the streptococcal family have a capsule.

D............ptz with splenectomy r given streptococcal and h influenza vaccines..........coz they r the encapsulated organismz
