hi i wanted to know whether you have to schedule a step3 test site in the state which you choose appear for your exam? like if i choose connecticut as my state board, can i take the exam in some other state?

Going out on a limb here, but i;m guessing that you have to sit the exam in the state you applied for, else it'd be pointless having to apply for a specific state.

no its not necessary, u can choose any board and take exam in any state.

 Correct. If you applied in for one state you can take it in another state.
