cotrimoxazole is not anti fungal drug.It is another name of trimetoprium sulfametoxazol(TMP-SMX) I feel just b/c it ends by -azole you are considering it as anti fungal,but it is not.

hi mitty,
thnks for your comment. yes i know it is not anti-fungal but antibiotic. i mentioned that PCP is a fungus so as to confound those who are not confident of the answer.
