Is it possible to get a 99 NOT using usmleworld, only using Kaplan notes, NMS review and Kaplan qbank?

I haven`t taken the exam yet , but my friend didn`t use Uworld and still she scored 99...!!

Kaplan only can do everything (with much qestions books)

Thanks guys, to me that´s good news, it would be a little hard to be able to use uw and actually study well with it, so i have to rely on these other sources and hope for the best.
