This bug has quite a few subtypes and some of them cause different symptoms. I am just curious to know if we really do dd for all these subtypes in ward. Since all these bugs are treated with the same antibiotics, I feel it's not crucial to differentiate them. Could anybody comment on this from the clinical perspective? In addition, will this be tested in USMLE1?
