Hi guys!
I am a Hungarian doctor who plans to take step 2 at the end of March. My knowledge seems to be propriate in case of making the diagnose and diff. dg but first line of treatment is not the same according to my book in several cases.
Eg> for Colitis Ulcerosa
I would offer Mesalazin first place instead of Sulfasalazin because of the fewer side effects.
What do u think about i?
Anyway We sould be more active at this side because slowly a small question bank could be created here.
Finally would anyone share my enthusiasm to go through 1st line of treatment of diseases occuring in step 2?
