Can somebody pls tell me how to get NBME testing software. is it the one with FRED 3blocks of 50 ques each or is ther any other one? what is form 1,2,3,4? hw can i get it?

you can give NBME sample test by going to their site. also you can purchase , maybe, two more tests for $45. i am not sure but its their on their website so check it out.
