as far as i know i think we need to memorize it .memorize the table on left column in your pharma kaplan notes. its a short table with major adverse effects related to anti cancer drugs.

this short table in 'Kaplan LN: Pharmacology' is absolutely insufficient for antineoplastic toxic effects and is difficult to remember - I recommend to read it in First Aid - much more complete and logical presentation (though I don't know how it is written in FA 2006 - last edition is organ-system based, not subject-based).
