NBME Questions need answer:

dont agree with you guys in number 3, why? because VZV belongs to alpha family of herpesviridae. I dont think it has tropism for this kind of cells, the one that can replicate in b lymphocites is EBV, which belongs to gamma family or subtype. Well, what do you think? do you agree? if not, give answers why not..

i agree with u .ebv has latent phase in b lymphocytes
