C-ras is a protein involved in accelerating the cell cycle, p53 slows it down if there is damage to DNA, Rb is the retinoblastoma protein, which sequesters important cell-cycle promoting molecules, which are released as the cycle progresses, and I have no idea what VP 16 is.

The question basically asks which Transcription factor is needed to make TNF. NKFB is the only one on the list even related to cytokine production.
