I am thinking C, b/c IL-2 can induce the production of lymphokine activated killer cells in treatment of tumors.
LAK cells are an activated form of natural killer cells.

thanks. NK cells secrete INF gamma which activates macrophages and macrophages secrete IL-12 which activate NK cells.

NK cells are stimulated by IFN-a,IFN-b, and IL-12, and kill targets lacking MHC I.
