WOF is correct in regard to control of post operative pain

a- u have to reduce the needed dose for elderly ptients

b-pethidine is not good for post operative patients

c- diamorphine need to be used in high doses

d-paracetamol 300 mg 4hrly will suffice

e-inhaled nitrous oxide with 50 % oxygen is very potent pain relief.
