PEACE TO ALL,
I have heard from some guys that MEDICARE doesn't pay for a PGY1 twice.
Is this true? If it's wrong or not totally true, can anyone elaborate more facts about it?
Can a preliminary intern apply for a categorical in the same field starting from PGY1 again? (Both salary-wise or visa-wise: J1or H1)

But why? Program directors will ask that question. Have people repeated a year voluntarily? Yes, but it isn't the plan to plan for.
