i want to know that do the programs have same requirements in scramble as they have for the match,should i also try at those places where i didnt meet the criteria.

it doesn't hurt to try. i know of someone who regretted not applying to certain good programs because of the supposed score minimum but was surprised to find out that people with similar or lower scores were still invited. god bless.
