This Question has been asked so many times that I think it should be Pinned.

How does one go about procuring clinical research positions in the US.

njccmd2002 has posted this site (http://www.ikenga.com/) which is an excellent start but can the administrator offer any more details???

Externships and Observerships have been pinned....Hey!! Why not pin research?

If you have a good cv, you can contact directly doctors with projects and offer your services. Look in pubmed who are the doctors who are actively publishing in the specialty that you want...contact them mentioning your skills and desire to colaborate... I know a few docs that entered the US that way, but you have to be persistent and keep trying.

Good luck
