Methylsergide (used for prophylaxis of migrannes) causes prolonged vasoconstriction which leads to ischemia and gangrene, and fibroplasia (eg. retriperitoneal fibrosis)
-Avoid in pregnancy.

what side effect would sumatriptan cause? Propanolol could cause depression.
