indirect acting muscarinic agonists have no effect on blood vessels cos they are INNERVATED solely by the sympathetic nerves. howerver, direct acting muscarinic agoinsts eg acetyl choline (given as a drug) may have effect on blood vessels via m receptors on them. these function viaGq... NO and lead to vasodilatation which results in hypotension.

atropine would block the effects of ACh. atropine does not have much effect on blood vessels, its effects are on the PNS of the heart, but at toxic levels it causes dilation of cutaneouw vasculature.
