A 6 yr old girl has a long histoy of urinary frequency and urgency.She also has nocturnal enuresis. Also she has uge incontinence. Most likely diagnosis is

1. unstable bladder

2. wilm's tumor

3. cystitis

4. constipation

5. renal stones

Wouldnt be Wilms tumor. That is a tumor of the renal parynchema and would have nothing to do with bladder function, would it? I dont know 'unstable bladder', but I am going with it.
