1. nausea & vomiting

2. fever and chills

3. oliguria and hemoglobinuria

4. cyanosis and dyspnea

Sorry,The answer will be 3...bec. the Q. is about SIGNS,not SYMPTOMS (fever and chills are symptoms !)

fever ?not a sypmtom ? only sign?explanation is cool ,but i dont think so :? ,whatever :roll:

well when hemoglobinuria and oliguria develops after tx who had suspicion,
but fever and chills are very non characterstic too,fever and chill may be present if cold blood is tx or when no hemolytic reactions take place, so as far as most characterstic is concern the answer is hemoglobenuria and oliguria but at that time i will be dame sure of that no merely suspect, hehe
