i was wondering...is it possible to give step 3 in india or does it have to be given in the US. I'm currently in India and i would have to go for visa for step 3.

Hi, i asked them the same q. They said it has to be taken in the US. I called the FSMB.

step 3 cannot be given any place outside US and Canada...this is what the FSMB website says
