A ten-year old girl presents with swelling of one knee joint. All of the following conditions can be considered in the differential diagnosis, except:

1. Tuberculosis.
2. Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.
3. Haemophilia.
4. Villonodular synovitis.

looks very easy so I am actually afraid to choose any ..as always I feel USMLE qs can not be so easy..anyways ...haemophilia?

Probability is in favor of males suffering from Hemophilia because it is X-linked recessive.But it is not 100%.Females can suffer though chances are very low.

BTW.Tubercular arthritis is usually Monoarthritis.
