I just want to clarify one thing about physical exams. Some books and people say physical exams for lung, heart and abdomen are necessary in every CS cases. I just want to know if this is required in such a short time on the CS test. In some CS cases, even just listening to the heart sound at a couple of points may not necessary, I think . What do you think? Any idea? Any comments?
