Hi guys. Please help me out. Where does the activation of the natural killers occur in the antibody?
a. In the Variable region of the light chain and heavy chain.
b. In the Constant region of the light chain and heavy chain of the Fab fragment.
c. In the Constant region of the heavy chain of the Fc fragment
etc,etc.
Is it the constant region of the Fc fragment?

Umm are you talking about ADCC? If so then NK cells have receptors for the Fc portion of IgG which is the constant region of the HEAVY chain.

Yes, that's it. The question actually comes with the drawing of the antibody structure with the letter choices but it's the same thing. Thanks.
