Choriocarcinoma has a high propensity to metastasize to the lungs .Lung is the commonest site for metastasis. Infact Choriocarcinoma is said to master of disguise - it can metastasize widely to any part and present with totally unrelated findings.
Lung metastasis is part of the FIGO staging too. It is rightly Choriocarcinoma- the q here is maximum occurence of lung metastasis found with which primary tumor NOT what is the commonest metastasis in the lung.
