oh God i wrote the whole big story just clicked a wrong key everything is gone any way i am back last two weeks were not very productive with lots of interruptions my husband got so much busy i had to stay home with kids definetly couldn't study well then next week my kids got sick all one after another you guys can imagine what would happened, in the last i felt myself sick thanksGod they are better now & going to daycare & school back so i came to library couldn't study well it seemed everything new again in the mean while i just finished my systemic patho. & cho metabolism with hormone & vitamins chapter.plus did some qs here & there.did kidney & acid base balance chapters from kaplan & 4 ch. of respiration also everything is 1/2 way now i have to finish all subjects by may 15 so i'll be able to take nbme form.i applied for exam already i'll get orange card anytime my aligibility period is from june to august & i have to take it in june b/c i can't delay it b/c of some unavoidable reasons.my kids are ok now but husband is still busy i don't know how i will do that i m still on my sec read & q bank score is not very good i am thinking to memorize FA from today b/c i feel i miss qs which are very simple memorybased i think 50% exam qs need our memory while reast of qs need concept lets see God plz help me i am really scared now still not feeling in good mode of study for the exam plz advice me if any of you can think how can i make this 1-1/2 month maximum fruitful thanks.
i saw off and on you guys diaries everybody is doing so good specially dipiti how did you improve your score in nbme & when did you take your first form in which you failed? & how did you improve it plz tell me i need to know it aisha is also speed up now tolito, hodgkin,you all guys are in super mode good luck to all.

zzzz it just seems that every ones children r gettin sick , mitty's son is also sick , well its good to know that u r back , i know a break like this is bad but i think u just had a good start , keep tryin.
well i think ur right about memorizin things along with the concept thing , doin FA is great idea , i have started doin that same but my plan is not goin so well with FA ...... im more concentrated on BS , it seems that i underestimated the subject .
with a month n a half left , a combo of FA + Qs + fast readin through the subjects ( note the sequence , concentrate more on FA & Qs ) while readin try goin through pic , figures , diagrams and tables , if ur usin only kaplan notes it should be east for u bcoz thats how these notes r designed.
well im not an expert and i havnt certainly passed my exam yet , but this is just and idea that might add up to ur ideas and help u is some way , so good luck

ok after severe flu & throat infection i am back to books now ONLY 45 DAYS left i have to do hard work so i will be able to take my exam on time b/c i don't want to delay it as my kids are getting frustrated b/c of this routine they need me they want to see me. ok so count down is started;

oh God you guys are doing wonderful i am so amazed to see your diaries anyway am back aftr amonth gap b/c iwas out of country for one month + out of studies too came some time on the forum when i got excess to the internet anyway i am back again hopefully will join journal again i extend my exam till august b/c of this unexpected trip anyway it was a good break as i was started boring with studies any way good job everybody i was so pleased to see wey's diary,tolito's.aisha's their improvements & so many as i am unable to recall names & welcome to new members too .goodluck to everybody will post again after setlling down a lil.

oh God that tyring trip to back home killed my studies but the good thing is now i have my mom with me now so i am very relaxed now i can concentrate better now anyway i will start everything from a fresh start b/c i think i have forgooten so much i have studied anyway i hope i will do it i need lots of prayers.
ok i finished cvs anatomy + embryology & physiology from kaplan today i will do cvs patho & pharm then qs.

zzzz, welcome back. glad to have you back. aren't you lucky tohave your mom with you? now you can relax knowing that the kids are in good care and she can also feed you so you do not get korsakoff's psychosis and amnesia!!
it has been a tough month for me too. i will be postponing my exams by 2 weeks cos i am not done with path yet. my initial date was june 19th but that is not feasible. sad you had to stop but the brain is funny, you will be amazed at the volume of stuff that youcan still remember. recall may take a little bit but you will soon be back in the stream of things.

finished cvs patho,physio,anatomy 7pharm
then i did blood patho,did 50 qs from rapid review
then i did musculo skeletal sys patho only.
started genetics already hope will finish this week,
& yes finished respiration,physio +patho did 50 q bank qs.still has to read drugs.
my mom is a big support for me.
tonight will do some more genetics & somepages from mocro.

ok i am back again life is so unpredictable i was doing right yesterday & started doing micro but suddenly i got phone call from my friend that her daughter is sick she needs her to take to doctor she needed the ride how could i refused so all time went to the ER when i came back it was time to pick kids so could,t read anymore anyway today i will do

in the meantime i finished biochem metabolisms sec. 1/2 way in beh sci.
finished git path.
my target is to finish bs today i hope i will do.
my motivational cookie is nothing is imposible.

lasy two days were not very productive but anyway nowdays iam working on genetics b/c this is the subject i never read it yet did two ch. with videos, still doing bs i couldn't finish it yet b/c some od the topicsi am doind with videos i know its very late to do videos now but i have to b/c otherwise i am not making right concept i am in a state of anxiety nowdays so i started neuroanatomy too on the side & i did 7 ch. of it i have to do more i think i should speed up but this time i am trying to memorize too i am not sure how it will go .
monday i will start mol.bio.+imunology i willgive three days to it then i will have 7 days left in which i will finish my leftovers of path,micro, ana & farma,physio.

hi i am seeing evrybody is in very good shape of studying now days i am trying too  .
iam doing general pharma which i was ignoring since ever i don't know why? so today i started with that topic. nowdays i am studying with my instinct not following much of my on pad schedual yesterday i finished genetics part of bio.
it got lengthened unexpectedly but i did it with videos.
after finishing it i will do some more ch of neuro anatomy.
lastnight i did some qs from qmax qbank i got 73% but im not sure about the standard of qs anyway i feel good after that b/c qbank always discouraged me & my subscription of qbank is expired so i decide to do this new pool actually it is more ecnomical too .

today's day was total lost couldn't read a single word missed so many good chances of reading i think sometimes we do it delibartory i knew ican read this time but did't just wasted time here & there anyway the lost is lost i can't get it back i think this start happening when you are reading since so long that you become just insensitive about studies & try to avoid it.
anyway its not a good time to loose i am promising my self that i will try not to happen this again.
tommorrows target is;
ans pharma 2 ch
neuro anatomy ch.13,14,15
& atleast 100 qs.

now i have only six weeks in exam my stress level is on extreme but i hope i will do it .
now days doing micro & immuno.
last night listen goljan just one hr i realized i get too late in listening him from now on i will listen him everynight for two hrs.

hi everybody i did't write since so many months b/c i was so busy in my studies but anyway good news is i passed with 222/90.i am so happy will start step 2 next year b/c i am visiting india now days with my parent to meet my gradparents .i just saw my cousin writing on this forum so it reminds me that iwas the member too sometimes in the past.
