Hi,
Iam a IMG from Chennai. My wife is going to US in L1-B Visa. Iam planning to join her in L2 Visa. I heard that the probability of doctors getting L2 Visa is less. If so, how should i project before the immigration officer so that my visa is not rejected. How long will it take for processing if i apply now

I haven't heard of particular problems for physicians to get L2. However, you should check this out with the immigration attorney who is working with your wife.
