I believe it's up. It's www.stepprep.com It has open ended quesions that can be directly answered from FA. Hope this helps.

I do not know when is opening but it is not the same stepprep. in the back of 2006 first aid it says that it is like a question bank with concise explanation to correct and incorrect answers, simulateting the new FRED software. stepprep doesn't have all that. it's coming soon

I contacted a person involved with this project & she confirmed that the site will not be up until late March/early April at the earliest.
