Apart from
1) Rett's syndrome (in girls, develop normally till2 years and then regress in the skills, have seizures)
2) Familial rickets (Vitamin D resistant)

I am not sure whether the others are important from Step 1 point of view... I found the rest online....
1) incontinentia pigmenti
2)hereditary nephritis
3) Coffin-Lowry syndrome
4) Chondrodysplasia punctata
