2. H S3… to me it looks like heart failure due to uncontrolled HT.. he has nocturnal dyspnea so sat up whole night 3. E.. klebsiella

Hi, S3 is early diastolic sound. for the second question I go with S4. 9. Pulmonary abcess--> I go with E

number 3: because he has a history of alcohol and a mucous sputum (Klebsiella has a mucous sputum because of its unique capsule NOT TB) and cavitation (klebs also) i would think its E. because neutrophils are required for cavitations and abscess.
