I have a question folks
I am not registered with NRMP can I contact the programs now to present my applications
will this be a violation of match agreement ?
it should not be binding on me as I have not registered
People accept Pre-matches that is also a violation of NRMP rules is it not ?

What match? What violation of match agreement? Are you in the match?!! Sure will be No violation because you have nothing to violate . It is like you are accused by rape but you was in other place just thinking about it. Those who accept prematch, withdrawal from match, thus nothing to violate

and I didnt expect my results to be avalible before end of march anyways

I agree with Vai, if you are not registered with the match, how can you violate its rules?. You have nothing to loose.

Keep trying through scramble, you might sneak through.
You have a good chance for FM and average for IM.
