Post streptococal glmerulonephritis, is a type 3 hypersentivity disorder, Immune complexes are deposited in the GBM.. Imnuofluorescence pattern is mainly granular. The child has been infected with a nephritogenic (M protein specific) bacteria. Notice that you can develope this dzs for having an infx from any of both sites skin and throat.. Rheumatic fever only from strep throat..
