ulnar nerve is damaged .............it supplies all the interossous muscles of hand but not sure about the action of these muscles . correct me

yes ulnar nerve will be injured,it supplies the ant interosseous which adduct the digits and the posterior inteross that abduct them,so I would go with A.

a mnemonic from med school.....interossei action ... "DAB on a PAD"- Dorsal Interossei ABduct and Palmar interossei ADduct.
