Can you please tell me is it worth to do passfirst cases? My exam is in 10 days.

i dont think now its the right time to buy it, bcoz their online package is not in software format. the software format they send u in a cd that takes around a week to 10 days.try to practice the cd sent by usmle and do the usmle world cases thoroughly. i wish u all the best.
