Iam on H4 Visa and my husband is on H1..His company has filed for green card which we will b getting in another 2 yrs..iam applying for residency next year...if i join on J1, will i b able to accept the green card? or should i go for H1?
if someone could give me an answer, that would b a great help..based on that i have to decide abt giving step 3..

once u accept j1 it cannot be changed into any other visa no matter what, so i would suggest u to go for h-1, or if ur husband has filed for green card try to get a work permit .
