its confusing i agree. but i read (from 1st aid or kaplan) that if it's autosomal dominant it's usualy a membrane/protein defect and appears late, while if its Auto.recessive, its enzyme defect and it appears early. there are few exceptions of course. anyway i hope this will help you. smiling face

Id say remember the A.D. First since the A.R. are mostly enzyme defects.
