I'm sure the correct answer is A.

I saw a similar question when doing pretest series, explanation is that glucocorticoid, except dexamethasone, has some mineralocorticoid effects and its long-term use results in edema, hypertension...

yes robin, glucocorticoids have some mineralocorticoid activity also! But the problem is that, what is the mechanism of action?

It acts as a weak mineralocorticoid. (similar mechanism with aldosterone?)
