The answer is : A ( Triamterene ) Since the pt has high serum creatinine level, this means Renal dysfunction and probably chronic renal failure, So we shouldn't give potassium sparing diuretics, to prevent Hyperkalemia which leads to cardic arrythemias.

that's right, the answer is Triamterene As you said, Patients at increased risk of developing hyperkalemia should not recieve K-sparing diuretics. thanx
