yes warfarin.But I never heard about this specific type of rash caused by warfarin

warfarin causes skin necrosis...i dont know the exact mechanism (also some times referred as purple toe syndrome)

warfarin transiently decreases protein C cos it has the shortest half life and hence the extrinsic pathway is inhibited but intrinsic pathway is still active and causes hypercoagulation resulting in dermal vascular thrombosis and necrosis.
